Nellmi is operated by Mosbac, a sole proprietor, Bulevar despota Stefana 2, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia (hello@nellmi.com).

Adults only (18+). By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you're allowed to use the app where you live.

Nellmi helps your night go well and safely, but it never encourages excessive drinking. Drink responsibly, follow local laws and never drive under the influence.

Drink counts, calories and costs in Nellmi are estimates for your own use, not medical or financial advice. The ride-home card is a reminder, not a guarantee of your safety.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our Community Guidelines.

You're responsible for the messages and photos you send. Your content stays yours; you only allow us to store it and show it to the people you send it to, so the app can work. Don't post anything illegal, abusive, or private content about other people without their consent.

Tickets, rides and places to stay are bought directly from partners, under their terms and prices. Nellmi isn't a party to those purchases and isn't responsible for partner services, refunds or cancellations; contact the partner directly.

For some purchases we earn a commission; your price doesn't change. Promoted venues and events are always labeled as Promoted.

Some features may be offered through a paid subscription, Nellmi Plus. Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play, under their payment and refund rules, and renew until you cancel them there. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

We work hard to keep Nellmi running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features.

Event times, prices and venue details come from partners and public sources and may be wrong; check them before you go.

Nellmi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages, or for anything that happens at venues, events or partner services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

We'll tell you in the app about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia; courts in Novi Sad have jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country gives you the right to go to your local court.
