Delete your account

You can delete your Nellmi account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  • Open Nellmi and go to Profile.
  • Tap Delete account.
  • Confirm with "Delete for good".

Your account is deleted right away.

Can't open the app?

Write to privacy@nellmi.com from the email address you use for Nellmi, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your profile, email, messages, photos, spending and calories.

What stays

Shared nights and crews stay for the other members, without your name or personal data. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer only where the law requires it.
